Importance of water
We all very well know that 75% of our human body is made up of water. Water is the basic necessity where no one can live without it. It transports all nutrients to and from different parts of our body. It aids the process of chewing, absorbing and digestion. It even acts as a lubricant which is present in our tissues and defends our bodies against shock. The most sensitive organs in our body such as the brain, eyes and spinal cord are cushioned by a protective water layer. It purifies our system by the elimination of waste substances and toxins and it even regulates our body temperature. It is the duty of the water content in our body to help us to adapt ourselves to various climatic and temperature changes in the environment. So intake of water in large amount is a must to keep ourselves healthy. Lack in intake of water would cause several issues and stroke followed by death occurs at the extreme stage.
