How to lead a healthy life?
We often do shopping but we must be very clear to shop for health and fresh food. Cooking food should in the healthy way rather than looking for a spicy taste. Every meal being cooked on regular basis must be balanced and a complete breakfast is a must. Skipping breakfast leads to various health problems like ulcer, under nutrition and various other problems. Breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day and lunch must be comparatively lighter and dinner must be the lightest. Most of us have the habit of swallowing food as such rather than chewing it properly. Chewing of food properly helps us to eat less and makes digestion easier. We should try our maximum not to stop eating until we are not full unless our hunger has subsided to the feeling of reasonable well being. Mostly we must avoid calorie dense junk food such as chips, colas etc. Following these tips will help us be fit and to lead a healthy life!
